Tom is a stupid boy. He not only plays the computer games all the time but also never does the homework so he often gets a failing grade on the exam. But one day, when he got home, he found that his father, who held a report card in his hand, was super upset. And then, his father asked him to stand by him so that he interrogated him something. Because he got great grades in the final exam, Tom's father thought that he was cheated in the exam. However, that is not the truth. He told his father that he got good grades because of studying hard every day and doing the homework. He did that due to give him a surprise on the Father's Day.
Finally, Tom's father laughed. That night, they both fell asleep with a sweet smile and had a good dream.

There are more and more diseases in the world, but people's resistances become lower and lower. What should we do to stay healthy?
Here are some tips for us to stay healthy. First of all, we should have a balanced and healthy diet. We are supposed to eat more vegetables and fruits which are filled with vatimins instead of eating junk food or something which is too sweet or salty. In addition, we must drink 1000 c.c. of water every day, because 95 percent of our bodies consist of water. Third, taking exercise is also necessary. We have to take exercise three times a week at least. And it must be over thirty minutes every time. Moreover, according to the research, we need to sleep eight hours a day. So it is not good for us to stay up late. Besides, if we don't have enough sleep, it will affect our resistances and vitalitys. Finally, we must be in good mood all the time and don't be too anxious.
If we follow all the tips, we can not only increase our resistance but also temper our physical strength. We can be very healthy and stay healthy all the time.
