Learning English

Why do more and more people start learning English? How do they learn English in an easy and interesting way? Recently, English has become a world language. We can find it on TV, maganizes, even on the roads. It seems that English has become a part of our everyday life. We use it as a communicational tool. When we go abroad or do business with foreigners, we can communicate with them by English.

Some people think that it is difficult to learn English. But it not right. First, we can listen to some English songs,which are sung by a singer who we like. And we are able to read some simple English novels, which we are interested in. Then, we can practice our listening and reading skills. And don't be afraid of speaking or talking to the foreigners. Finally, the most important is that don't give up when you have any difficulties.

My bedroom

My bedroom is a place where I can do many things.

It is big, but I share the room with my two older brothers.

When you enter the room, you will see two closets is near by the door on the right.

And our beds are on the left cornernear the door.

The mirror, which is as big as my bed, is next to the beds and it is across from the closets.

There are bookcases and desks in the back of the room.

One bookcase is on the right corner, and the other is on the left corner.

Our desks are between two of them.

Althought my room is a little crowded, I like it very much.

My bedroom is a place where I can do many things.

It is big, but I share the room with my two brothers.

There are two closets next to the door on the right.

And our beds are on the left corner near the door.

The mirror which is as big as my bed is just in front of the beds.

My older brother's bookcase is nearby the closets.

And a computer on the desk is next to the bookcase.

Our desks are next to it.

Although the bedroom is a little small for us, I like it very much.

An Embarrassing Experience - Draft Two

There have been more and more embarrassing experiences since I was just a little girl. Some of them are too embarrassed that I never forget from then on.

When I was an elementary school student, we didn't have to wear uniform to school. One day, I wore a short skirt to school and the weather was wonderful. Because the athletic meeting was coming, the music teacher let us practice running contest. And I was sitting on the review stand to see my classmates who joined the game, and they were practicing running on the playground. But soon, I felt bored and hot, and I wanted to go back to the classroom. I jumped down the review stand. Suddenly, something terrible happened at that moment.
A big hole was on my skirt, and everyone saw what I wore inside the the skirt. It was so embarrassing.

Since then on, I am afraid of wearing a skirt no matter it is long or short. If it is not necessary, I will never it.
