Here are some tips for us to stay healthy. First of all, we should have a balanced and healthy diet. We are supposed to eat more vegetables and fruits which are filled with vatimins instead of eating junk food or something which is too sweet or salty. In addition, we must drink 1000 c.c. of water every day, because 95 percent of our bodies consist of water. Third, taking exercise is also necessary. We have to take exercise three times a week at least. And it must be over thirty minutes every time. Moreover, according to the research, we need to sleep eight hours a day. So it is not good for us to stay up late. Besides, if we don't have enough sleep, it will affect our resistances and vitalitys. Finally, we must be in good mood all the time and don't be too anxious.
If we follow all the tips, we can not only increase our resistance but also temper our physical strength. We can be very healthy and stay healthy all the time.
