It is essential to choose TV programs. Though the television is a capital channel to provide information and entertainments, they may have some deficiencies. Some of them which filled with violence and lust make a disadvantage influence to teenagers. And it do harm to our eyesight. Therefore, we should choose some programs that good for our mind and body. Finally, the most important thing is that do not become a video fan.
